At Aging Grace Senior Living, we treat every resident like family. Our small home setting allows us to provide individualized care, meaningful relationships, and a peaceful environment where seniors can truly feel at home. Aging Grace is owned by a local gerontologist and experienced senior living expert. We are committed to compassion, dignity, safety, and excellence in everything we do.

Meet the Owner of Aging Grace, Kiana Mills

As a local gerontologist with eight years of experience, Kiana has dedicated her career to positively impacting the lives of older adults and creating environments where seniors can thrive. Her passion for serving the older adult community, particularly individuals living with dementia, inspired her to turn that passion into a lifelong career.

Kiana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University and continued her education at the university’s Gerontology Institute, where she earned her master’s degree in Gerontology. Her education and professional experience have provided her with a strong understanding of the unique social, emotional, and supportive care needs of older adults and their families.

As the owner of Aging Grace Senior Living, Kiana is committed to creating a compassionate, supportive, and enriching environment where every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and individualized care. She believes aging should be embraced with grace and that every older adult deserves the opportunity to feel valued, connected, and truly at home.

Meet our Nurse Shalonda Brown

Shalonda brings nearly a decade of nursing experience to our team, having served patients and families as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) since 2017. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience as a Charge Nurse, Hospice Nurse, and in nursing home and long-term care settings.

Her diverse background has strengthened her ability to lead, communicate effectively, recognize changes in a patient’s condition, and provide compassionate care during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. She understands that great nursing is not only about clinical care, but also about building trust and making patients and their families feel heard, respected, and supported.

Shalonda brings both experience and heart to the care she provides. She is committed to treating every patient with patience, dignity, and compassion while delivering the same quality of care she would want for her own family.
